Bay Area College of Nursing Clinical students helped celebrate the 15th Annual Filipino American Friendship Festival last September 19-20, 2009. This fun filled event happened at the Serramonte Center in Daly City.

BACN clinical students, led by Ms Evelyn Chan,RN- Clinical Coordinator and Ms Joanne Briosos, RN, Instructor, volunteered by giving free blood pressure screening.

“This is such a learning experience. Helping out in the community as a student nurse gave me a feeling of fulfillment and passion to be a nurse”, said Lisa, President of Batch Plumeria. “BACN students should get more involve with the community or public services”.
